Hitesh Shinde

Hitesh Shinde has had a diverse range of work experience over the years. Hitesh currently holds the position of Head Inside Sales at Join Ventures, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Work Store Limited from 2018 to 2022, where they held the roles of Senior Manager - Sales and Customer Service, as well as Customer Service Manager. In these roles, they led teams, managed sales, tracked performance, and focused on customer satisfaction.

Before their time at Work Store Limited, Hitesh worked at eClerx from 2013 to 2018 as an Associate Process Manager. Hitesh was responsible for managing quality consulting projects and driving process improvement for global clients.

Earlier in their career, Hitesh worked at Staples Future India Pvt. Ltd., now known as Work Store Limited, from 2010 to 2013. In this role as a Team Lead, they implemented new processes to improve customer service and team productivity.

Prior to that, Hitesh worked at Knowledge Capital Services from 2007 to 2009 as a Business Development Manager. Hitesh focused on sales strategies and maintaining relationships with US vendors in the IT staffing market.

Overall, Hitesh Shinde has gained extensive experience in sales, customer service, process improvement, and business development throughout their career.

Hitesh Shinde earned a PGDBM in Operations Management and Supervision from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Navi Mumbai between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Mumbai. Hitesh also received a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Six Sigma from Holy Cross High School. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from VarSigma Consulting and in Iso 9000 from eClerx.
