Nicole Reynolds

Head of Talent Acquisition at Blink

Nicole Reynolds is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Blink. Prior to this, they were the Recruitment Manager at 15below from March 2018 to April 2020. During their time at 15below, Nicole established the recruitment function and successfully grew the team from 80 to 140 employees. Nicole was also responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across 4 global offices in the UK, Australia, and Lithuania. Under their leadership, the cost per hire was reduced from 14% to 4%.

In addition to their recruitment duties, Nicole also completed market research to identify key locations for future 15below global offices as part of the company's growth strategy. This required mapping out the cost, risk, and talent availability in each location. Nicole also developed a recruitment training module and accompanying toolkit for hiring managers on topics such as unconscious bias, interviewing, employer brand, and candidate experience.

Nicole was also responsible for initiating projects to establish 15below's D&I Strategy and Employee Value Proposition (EVP). To measure the success of these initiatives, they created monthly dashboard reports for the Senior Management Team and Board report pack. Finally, Nicole implemented a new starter survey and onboarding measures to ensure that the recruitment process and candidate/new employee experience were continuously improving.

Nicole Reynolds has certification from AIRS in Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) and Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
