Shannon Spencer

Shannon Spencer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business growth and empowerment for female leaders. Currently a Group Facilitator at Forum since November 2023, Shannon specializes in facilitating peer support groups for entrepreneurial women. As the Business Growth Architect for Female Founders and Leaders at Shannon Spencer Consulting since 2007, Shannon has dedicated efforts to empower women in business. Previously, Shannon founded and served as Chief Empowerment Officer of The Savvy Woman Christian Business Network from 2012 to 2020, creating a space for Christian women to connect and collaborate. Shannon's background includes launching a successful BNI chapter, directing Christian education programs, and managing a Jenny Craig center, along with early career experience as a Recreation Therapist at Walla Walla Veterans Administration Medical Center. Education includes a BA in Therapeutic Recreation from Eastern Washington University and ongoing training at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
