Jennifer Clark has a diverse work experience in the field of biology and education. Jennifer is currently working as a Scientific Liaison at Found since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Curriculum Writer at Emile Learning from October 2021 to December 2021.

Jennifer's extensive academic career includes serving as an Associate Professor of Biology and Director of Field Stations at Hiram College from August 2012 to July 2021. During this time, they directed two biological field stations and taught various biology courses, including a master's level course.

Before joining Hiram College, Jennifer held the position of Assistant Professor of Biology at Oregon Institute of Technology from September 2011 to June 2012. In addition to teaching introductory biology courses and ornithology, they also worked as a Science Coordinator at Crater Lake National Park, where they collaborated on developing plans for visiting researchers and future programs.

Jennifer started their teaching career as an Adjunct Professor of Biology at Baldwin Wallace University from August 2009 to May 2011, where they taught introductory biology, general ecology, and aquatic biology. Jennifer also mentored students in ecological research projects.

Additionally, Jennifer had short-term teaching positions as a Non-Tenure Track Faculty at Kent State University (August 2010 to December 2010) and Kent State University at Stark (June 2010 to July 2010).

Jennifer's academic journey began with their role as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Kent State University from 2004 to 2009. During this period, they taught labs and lectures in the biology department, served as a research mentor for undergraduate student projects, and coordinated a mentoring program.

Before entering the field of education, Jennifer gained experience as a Veterinary Assistant at Wyoga Veterinary Hospital from 1997 to 2004.

Jennifer Clark has a strong educational background in the field of ecology. Jennifer obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Ecology from Kent State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at the same university, majoring in Zoology and Pre-medicine, from 1998 to 2003.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jennifer has pursued further certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Jennifer became a Certified Wildlife Rehabilitator through the Ohio Wildlife Rehabilitators Association in March 2021. Furthermore, they obtained their Open Water Diver certification from PDIC International in November 2014.
