Lucas Cogliolo

Lucas Cogliolo Boccia is a seasoned Senior Product and Brand Designer at Massive, where contributions significantly influenced corporate presentations and generated over $13 million in value. Concurrently, as Design Director at 10 Grounds, Lucas built and leads the design department, overseeing the development of brands, mobile apps, and websites for over ten startups through comprehensive research and user testing. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Design Consultant for e-tica, where leadership of the user interface team helped launch Paraguay's first fully digital bank, achieving over 100,000 daily active users in its first year. Earlier, as a Product Designer at Rocketship, Lucas advanced from entry-level to lead designer on multiple projects, contributing to the success of over 30 applications with over one million users. Lucas holds a degree from Universidad Nacional de Asunción, completed in 2017.
