Michael Maze

Michael Maze has extensive work experience in risk analytics and strategy. Michael is currently the Director of Risk Analytics and Strategy at Mosaic. Prior to this role, they worked at PayPal for over ten years in various positions, including Director of Seller Risk Data Science, Director of Credit and Sales Data Science, Senior Manager of Lifecycle and Business Components, EMEA Monitoring Manager, Casual Seller Solutions and Modeling Manager, and Sr. Risk Analyst. In these roles, they led teams, implemented new approaches to challenges in customer support, marketing, and market research, and developed advanced fraud detection components. Before joining PayPal, Michael worked as a Project Manager at Orient Research Group, where they initiated and designed relational databases and computerized processes to enhance productivity and compliance.

Michael Maze earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History, Government, and Hebrew Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004. Michael then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Middle Eastern History from Tel Aviv University in 2011.
