Felicity Levey (Conrad)

Felicity Levey (Conrad) has a diverse and impressive work experience. Felicity is currently the Co-Founder and Chairperson of Paladin, PBC, a company that helps legal teams streamline their pro bono programs and increase access to justice. Prior to this role, from July 2015 to August 2021, they served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Paladin. During their time at Paladin, they successfully developed and managed a centralized platform that boosted lawyer participation, decreased administrative costs, and captured important metrics and outcomes.

In addition to their work at Paladin, Felicity has held various positions in other organizations. Felicity was a Founding Member of The Leader Board since April 2019 and has been a Member of the NEXUS Global Summit since April 2017.

Before starting their own ventures, Felicity gained valuable legal experience as an Associate in International Litigation & Arbitration at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from September 2013 to July 2015. Prior to that, they worked for the American NGO Coalition for the International Criminal Court at the United Nations from May 2010 to May 2012. Additionally, they worked as part of the International Arbitration team at the Beijing Arbitration Commission from June 2011 to July 2011.
