Matt Crampton

Matt Crampton is a highly experienced technology leader and co-founder of multiple successful ventures in the legal and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Paradigm since its acquisition of Headnote in January 2020, Matt previously held the role of Director of Engineering at Gap Inc., managing front-end e-commerce engineering across five brands. As Chief Technology Officer at Headnote, Matt developed innovative payment solutions for the legal community. Prior to that, Matt co-founded and served as CTO at Gigwalk, driving growth through VC funding and establishing significant partnerships. Matt's earlier career includes roles at Yahoo!, where advancements were made in front-end engineering, and foundational work in IT support at Pfizer.
