Ravisankar Reddy Yakkanti

Ravisankar Reddy Yakkanti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple pharmaceutical companies. Ravisankar Reddy currently holds the position of Vice President & Head of Quality at Strides Pharma, specifically managing the quality of Strides Pharma's entity Tenshi. Prior to this role, they served as the AVP & Head of Corporate Quality at Strides Pharma's entity Stelis Biopharma.

Before joining Strides, Ravisankar worked at SUN PHARMA as the General Manager & Regional Head Global Quality Audit for APAC & EUROPE from December 2016 to August 2021.

Ravisankar Reddy also gained experience at Abbott as the Senior Manager Regional Quality for India from January 2015 to December 2016.

At Viatris, Ravisankar served as the Senior Manager Quality Assurance from June 2013 to January 2015.

Prior to Viatris, they held positions at Panacea Biotec Ltd as the Senior Corporate Quality Assurance Manager from March 2012 to May 2013, and as the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager from March 2011 to March 2012.

Ravisankar also worked at GSK as the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager from May 2007 to March 2011.

At Virchow Biotech Pvt Ltd, they served as the Team Leader (Sr. Executive) in Quality Assurance from December 2005 to May 2007.

Earlier in their career, Ravisankar worked at Sanofi as the Quality Assurance Executive from May 2004 to December 2005, and as the Quality Control Executive from May 2003 to May 2004.

Ravisankar Reddy Yakkanti completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Osmania University from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University between 2001 and 2003.
