Starting from 2011, they joined Metrovias S.A. as an Oficial Electricista Especializado (Nivel III - UTA). During their time there, they were involved in implementing equipment monitoring and alert systems, designing and executing circuitry for automation and control, and producing electrical drawings and wiring sheets using CAD.
In 2016, Jose Luis joined TRANSENER as a Technico Mantenimiento Estaciones Transformadoras 500kv. Jose Luis'sresponsibilities included performing predictive maintenance through vibration analysis and online monitoring of Synchronous Compensators. Jose Luis also updated and improved control logic for Centralized Substation Supervisory Systems (CCSS), worked with AVR excitation systems, PLC A/P, monitoring equipment, joint control, and auxiliary equipment.
Most recently, in 2022, Jose Luis co-founded jolders and serves as the COO. Jose Luis is actively involved in developing the business model, identifying market needs, researching and developing new solutions, and iterating prototypes to achieve desired results. Additionally, they also completed a course at Kinetic Educational Learning Labs for Youth and earned a Product Owner Scrumm certificate in the same year.
