Fermin Carido Jr.

Fermin Carido Jr. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR information systems (HRIS) and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Jollibee Group of Companies since June 2022, Fermin is a key member of the Global HR team, reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness. Prior roles include Regional Leader for HRIS at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where leadership in HR projects across the Asia Pacific was a focus, and HR and Payroll Operations at NGA Human Resources, managing various SAP-related tasks. Fermin's earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant position at ADP, specializing in human capital management. Fermin holds an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University and bachelor's degrees in Financial Management from Adamson University and Forestry from the University of the Philippines.
