Aaron Dhanaraj has had a diverse work experience. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Analyst at UBS. Aaron then moved on to Macquarie Group, where they served as an Executive from 2008 to 2010. Following this, Aaron joined Broadspectrum in 2010 as the General Manager - Corporate Development. During their tenure at Broadspectrum, they held two key roles: General Manager - Corporate Development from 2016 to 2020 and Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestments and Portfolio Strategy from 2010 to 2016. In their roles at Broadspectrum, Aaron was responsible for various M&A transactions, debt restructures, joint ventures, and new investments. Aaron also led the annual portfolio review process and played a vital role in major strategic reviews and transactions, including the takeover response and sale of the company to Ferrovial. Aaron's most recent work experience is as the Chief Financial Officer at JOLT, starting in 2020.
Aaron Dhanaraj pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance (First Class Honours) at The University of Western Australia. Aaron also completed programs at the Australian Institute of Management and the Beyond Program.
