Joachim Rauschmann

Joachim Rauschmann has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Joachim is currently working as the Director of Business Development Processing at JOLT ENERGY since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a certified Business & Life Coach at www.joachim-rauschmann.de starting in April 2022.

In the technology sector, Joachim worked at Sitecore as an EMEA Service Sales Executive from April 2020 to December 2021. Joachim was responsible for sales operations and expanding sales CRM (Salesforce) analysis, reporting, forecasting, and dashboards. Joachim also collaborated with Sales Operations and Marketing for lead generation and sales campaign planning.

Joachim's entrepreneurial experience includes serving as the Managing Director and Owner of Rauschmann Gastronomie GmbH from April 2017 to October 2019.

Joachim also has an extensive background in sales, particularly in the IT industry. Joachim worked at NetApp GmbH in various roles from 1999 to 2016. Joachim started as a Business Development Representative and worked their way up to become the Manager of Inside Sales & Service Sales CEMA. In this position, they managed Inside Sales and Service Sales for the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Their responsibilities included expanding the Inside Sales and Service Sales area, sales operations, and coaching distributors and resellers.

Before transitioning to the IT industry, Joachim gained experience in the telecommunications sector as a Sales Telecommunications professional at Mannesmann Mobilfunk GmbH from March 1998 to December 1998.

Joachim's early career involved working in the hotel and gastronomy industries. Joachim worked in various roles in the hotel sector, including guest services, team leading, management, and sales, from November 1992 to February 1998. Prior to that, they gained experience in gastronomy and service from September 1988 to October 1992. Joachim started their career as a Hotelfachmann at Gästehaus Ullrich Hotel from September 1985 to July 1988.

From 2021 to 2022, Joachim Rauschmann attended IHK Akademie Schwaben where they pursued a degree in Systemischer Business Coaching. This was their primary area of study during that period.
