Eric Mutch is an experienced support manager with a diverse background in technical operations and business management. Currently serving as Support Manager at Jolt since October 2022, Eric previously held the same position at Purestorage from March 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included negotiating leases and overseeing office setups. Prior to that, Eric was a Senior Technical Operations Manager at NetApp, managing global Level 1 technical support and leading a team of over 100 support staff. Eric also owned and operated two locations for Quaternum LLC from September 2001 to September 2007 and began a career in technical training for Microsoft and Provo College from January 2000 to November 2002. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in IT Management from Western Governors University.
