Sam Phillips

Sam Phillips has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving in an Estimating/Business Development role at Jomax Construction Company, Inc. since April 2004, after initially holding an Estimating position within the same company. Prior to this, Sam Phillips gained significant expertise in estimating at Haines Construction Company, Inc. from March 1994 to March 2004, and earlier worked as a Construction Manager at Aquila Gas, Inc. from November 1986 to March 1994.
