Laura Riva Palacio

Laura Riva Palacio is a skilled UX Lead and UX/UI Designer at Jonajo Consulting, with professional experience that includes design internships at Medisist, Squalo International, and Continental. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marketing at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, Laura also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has completed various courses in UX and human-centered design, including training from Nielsen Norman Group and Wizeline Academy. Laura's educational background includes a semester abroad at Sungkyunkwan University and at CEGEP - John Abbott College.
