Karen Weaver

Karen Weaver has extensive experience in software implementation and client support within the fitness and financial services sectors. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at Jonas Club Software since November 2019, Karen serves as the primary contact for the Jonas Encore software conversion, assisting clients throughout the implementation process. Previously, as a Training Consultant at Jonas Fitness, Inc. from March 2013 to November 2019, Karen managed relationships with over 40 clients, ensuring their needs were met through effective communication and support. Prior roles include Supervisor of Software & Payment Support and Team Lead at Fiserv, where Karen developed standard operating procedures and trained a team of representatives, as well as Customer Service Software Support Representative at Checkfree Corp. Education includes studies at DeVry Greater Columbus and The Ohio State University.
