Emmanuel K. Agbovi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Emmanuel K. Agbovi began their career as a Senior IT Business Analyst at San Diego Unified School District, where they collaborated with the Deputy Chief Operating Officer to create a comprehensive IT roadmap. Emmanuel K. Agbovi then joined micros-retail as a Technical Analyst and Report Manager, improving management processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Emmanuel also worked at Chercheurs Technology Group as the President and Owner, providing consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses.

In 2011, Emmanuel joined American Greetings as a Data Architect, where they managed applications and reports for business reporting and analysis purposes. Subsequently, they worked at Forest City Realty Trust as an HRIS Solution Architect and later became an IT Business Relationship Management Partner, where they fostered productive relationships with business units and oversaw the design and implementation of IT solutions.

Emmanuel's experience also includes working as an Independent Consultant at One11 Advisors, where they conducted HR department assessments and provided leadership and culture development. Emmanuel K. Agbovi served as a Founder and President of Developing Africa Together, a non-profit organization aimed at promoting development, education, and empowerment in Africa.

In recent roles, Emmanuel worked as a Consultant at Jonathan Rose Companies, guiding the implementation and support of HRIS tools and systems. Emmanuel K. Agbovi also held various leadership positions at Toastmasters International, including VP of Education and VP of Public Relations.
