Jason Paver

Jason Paver has a diverse work experience ranging from executive-level positions in the financial sector to roles in sales and consulting. Jason started their career as a Chef at The Chalet Company in 2005, where they were responsible for preparing meals for up to 18 guests. Jason then transitioned to positions in the finance industry, working at Deutsche Bank as a Vice President - Commodities Origination from 2009 to 2014, and later at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director - Commodities from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they made a career change and joined Pavers Shoes as their Director of Sales. Jason later moved up to become Joint Managing Director in 2020 and then Group Managing Director in 2023. Additionally, they also worked at Jones Bootmaker, where they held similar managing director roles. Jason's work experience demonstrates their ability to adapt and excel in various industries and senior leadership positions.

Jason Paver earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Politics and Management from the University of Cambridge between 2006 and 2009.
