Holly Mendez

Holly Mendez has extensive experience in project coordination and compliance management, currently serving as FC Project Coordinator at Jones Covey Group, Inc. since July 2021. Previously, Mendez held the role of Maintenance/Compliance Manager at FUEL PROS, INC. from November 2016 to July 2021, overseeing scheduling for annual and tri-annual environmental certifications, managing records, and supervising a team of 12 employees. Earlier in the career, Mendez worked at Jones Covey Group, Inc. from July 2008 to October 2016, first as an Administrative Resource Manager, focusing on environmental compliance and team management, and then as Environmental Compliance Supervisor. Education was completed at Mt. San Antonio College.
