Bill Lynch

Bill is a Senior Consultant in the West Palm Beach office. He serves clients and colleagues by employing the advice of one of his first mentors, “Always touch the work and always listen intently to your clients.” It was good advice when Bill started his career in 1984 and still is today. Bill has hands‐on experience working with clients to deliver projects and programs involving conventional and creative planning, design, construction, and consulting strategies to improve infrastructure and the environment. He is a registered professional engineer in Florida and Georgia and a certified Construction Document Technologist with the Construction Specifications Institute. Bill is an active member of several professional and community organizations, including Palm Beach County League of Cities, American Water Resources Association (FL Section), and Leadership Palm Beach County and is Board Chair of Center for Child Counseling whose mission is building the foundation for playful, healthful, and hopeful living for children and families across Palm Beach County.
