Kristen Grant

Kristen Grant is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in higher education and student affairs. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Jones Edmunds since April 2021, Kristen previously held the role of Assistant Director for Recruitment Relations at the University of Florida, where responsibilities included coaching recruitment strategies and assisting employers in attracting top talent. Prior to that, Kristen worked as the Assistant Director of Student Life at Jacksonville State University, advising student councils and planning recruitment efforts, and as a Graduate Assistant at Western Kentucky University, focusing on various student organizations. Kristen's early career included roles at the University of South Florida and Florida International University, as well as corporate experience at Burger King Corporation. Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Education, Student Affairs in Higher Education from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida International University.
