John Plumlee, P.E., PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture development, investment, and infrastructure in the energy sector. As Co-Founder of BluPlum Ventures, LLC, John has focused on sustainable energy initiatives and serves as an advisor to BluSource Solar. Current roles include Independent Board Director at Jones Industrial Holdings, Inc. and Senior Advisor at Fidelis New Energy, LLC, where John drives decarbonization efforts through innovative energy solutions. Previous leadership positions include Chief Operating Officer of Allied Power and Chief Executive Officer of Sunora Energy Solutions, with a solid educational foundation in engineering and management. John is also a doctoral candidate at the University of Houston and a founding member of the Private Directors Association's Houston Chapter.
