Dustin Heitmeier

Dustin Heitmeier currently serves as a Civil Estimator at Jones Power, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Estimator / Project Manager at Hoffman Bros., Inc. from January 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities encompassed project management, estimating for earthwork and underground utility projects, and subcontractor coordination using various project management and estimating software. Prior to this, Dustin served as an Electro-Optics Ordnance Technician in the United States Marine Corps from April 2011 to May 2015, performing maintenance and repairs on advanced ordnance systems. Dustin began professional endeavors in the service industry, working as a server at IHOP from July 2007 to May 2010. Academic qualifications include a degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University, obtained between 2015 and 2019, and additional coursework at Grand Rapids Community College.
