Hart Benton

Hart Benton is a partner at Jones Walker LLP, specializing in litigation with a focus on white collar governmental investigations, complex commercial disputes, and employment law. Prior to joining Jones Walker LLP in September 2024, Hart Benton held the position of partner at McDowell Knight Roedder & Sledge, LLC from September 2017 to September 2024. Hart Benton served as Editor in Chief of the Loyola Law Review from May 2016 to May 2017 and began the legal career as a law clerk at McDowell Knight Roedder & Sledge, LLC in 2015.
