Tammy Nelson-Garcia

Tammy Nelson-Garcia is an experienced professional with a solid background in event management and client service. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager and previously as a Client Service Associate at Retirement Planners of America since February 2017, Tammy has developed skills in training and employee development. Prior roles include Sales and Marketing Manager at Landry's, where responsibilities included planning and executing promotional events, managing social media strategies, and providing event consultation. Additionally, Tammy served as Events Coordinator for Brenner's Steakhouse, successfully coordinating weddings and managing logistics while delivering exceptional guest service. Tammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Houston-Downtown.
