Troy Draizen

Troy Draizen has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Troy is currently working as the Managing Director and Global Head of Electronic Trading at JonesTrading since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cowen and Company as the Managing Director of Global Electronic Execution Solutions from 2017 to 2021. Troy'sresponsibilities included managing a team, generating annual revenues, and implementing business strategies. Before that, they were the Managing Director and Global Head of Electronic Trading at Convergex, which was later acquired by Cowen. Troy achieved significant revenue growth and oversaw a team of 14 members. Troy also worked at KCG Holdings, Inc. as the Director of Institutional Sales and Relationship Management/Electronic Execution Desk from 2006 to 2014, where they managed a dynamic team and a client base. Troy started their career as a Quantitative Researcher at Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. and later worked at DaimlerChrysler as a Senior District Manager. Troy also gained research experience as a Research Assistant in Molecular Neurobiology at the University of Hawaii.

Troy Draizen completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and Molecular Biology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1998. In 2019-2020, they pursued Financial Engineering at Columbia University. Additionally, they hold certifications in Series 3, 7, 24, 55, and 66 from FINRA.
