Rachael Hartley

Rachael Hartley is an experienced operations manager currently working at joni™ since May 2023, following a role as operations coordinator at G. E. Barbour Inc. Rachael has a strong background in operations and community management, having held similar positions at Fatso Peanut Butter, Kingston Axe Throwing, and CrossFit Queen Street, where community engagement was a key focus. Prior experience includes leadership roles at lululemon athletica, directing academics for the JDC West Organizing Committee, and client service coordination at Bayshore Home Health.
