Emilio Figueroa

Emilio F. is a prominent technology leader and co-founder of Neos AI, currently serving as CEO and founder of Redstone Labs since August 2023. With extensive experience at Jooycar since September 2014, Emilio has held various leadership positions, including Chief Product & Data Officer and Chief Technology Innovation Officer, contributing to the launch of Latin America's first connected car platform that utilizes telematic data for enhanced services and new business opportunities in the insurance and automotive sectors. Previous roles include IT Manager at BBR e-Commerce & Retail, where Emilio led the IT team to align with business objectives, and similar leadership positions at HappyShop and Zonezero, as well as freelance consulting on multiple technology projects across Mexico, Spain, and Chile. Emilio holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and an engineering degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
