Diana Omet

Diana Omet has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Diana started their career as an Architect at Yaghmour Architects, Planers, Engineers in 1983, where they worked until 1990. Diana then joined Al Barakat Engineering Consultancy Firm as the Chief Architect from 1994 to 1999. In 1999, they became the Director of Engineering Department at Wamar International until 2003. Diana also gained experience as a volunteer at CSBE from 2000 to 2001.

In 2004, Diana joined Jordan Commercial Bank and held various managerial positions. Diana started as the Head of Engineering Department and Logistics, responsible for designing and executing the bank's buildings and branches to reflect the bank's image and branding. Diana managed four different departments with 50 personnel, ensuring high-quality services for over 400 employees. Diana also handled contracts with outsourcing companies and maintained the bank's headquarters building and all 30 branches. Diana was in charge of purchasing equipment and supplies at the best quality and price.

In 2013, Diana became the Manager/Head of Engineering Unit at Jordan Commercial Bank, a position they held until their transition to Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) in 2015. At Dar Al-Handasah, they initially worked as a Senior Architect and later became the Head of the Specification Unit in 2018.

Diana Omet completed their secondary education from Sweileh Secondary School from 1974 to 1977, specializing in the scientific stream. Diana then pursued their higher education at Jordan University from 1977 to 1985. Diana earned a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in the year 2000 from Jordan University, with a focus on Architectural Engineering.
