Zaina Kawasmi Msc

Zaina Kawasmi MSc PMP is an experienced professional in the field of Business Intelligence and e-Channels systems, currently serving as the Business Intelligence Analytics Manager at Jordan Kuwait Bank since March 2015, where responsibilities include establishing and leading the Business Intelligence Analytics Department. Prior to this role, Zaina worked as a Senior Business Analyst for Alternative Delivery Channels, focusing on various e-Channels projects and managing customer portfolios. Zaina's career began at the Housing Bank for Trade and Finance, advancing through multiple roles involving application analysis and development for e-channels and branch systems, and has foundational experience through a trainee position at the Royal Scientific Society. Zaina holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Coventry University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Princess Sumayya University of Technology.
