Krista Moore

Krista Moore is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Nurse Case Manager at Ovation Hospice since July 2024, Krista has also been a Registered Nurse for Jordan School District since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing insulin administration for students. Previous roles include working as an Occupational Health Nurse for both Advanced Practice Solutions, LLC, and 3M, as well as serving as a Nurse Case Manager for EK Health Services, Inc., and Butler Nurse Consultants. Earlier experience includes providing in-home care for diabetic patients at MIDAS CREEK HOME HEALTH LLC and Harmony Home Health & Hospice, as well as working as a Registered Nurse at Silverado Care and in the NICU at MountainStar Medical Group. Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Westminster University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
