Gilbert Gatdula

Gilbert Gatdula possesses extensive experience in both academia and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at Jose Rizal University and Enderun Colleges, Gilbert enhances the learning environment by focusing on effective teaching and curriculum development. Previously, as the Assistant Director of Talent & Culture at New World Makati Hotel, Gilbert assisted in various HR functions, including recruitment and training. Notable experience also includes a significant tenure at Dusit Thani Manila, where Gilbert excelled in multiple managerial roles, driving quality management initiatives and guest services. Educational qualifications include a forthcoming MBA in Tourism and Hospitality Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Distance Education, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
