Lisa Bryanton has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Lisa is currently the Head of Group HR at Joseph Gallagher Limited, where they are responsible for developing the HR future of the company. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Think HR Consultancy.

Lisa's previous roles include serving as the Human Resources Director at PG Global, a global recruitment and business services company for the oil, gas, energy, and marine sectors. In this role, they led a team across multiple locations and business streams, ensuring the delivery of client-focused solutions and driving performance in a highly regulated sector.

Before joining PG Global, Lisa worked as the Regional Administration and Finance Manager at GSH, a facilities management company. Lisa managed a team and ensured compliance with the brand's values and processes.

Lisa also has experience as a Hub Manager and Office Manager at Protection One, where they were responsible for the administration function for sales, installation, and service. Additionally, they worked as a Fraud Consultant at Network International, focusing on the financial sector by auditing the procurement system.

In their earlier career, Lisa held various roles at ADT, including Area Administration Manager, Southern Operation Support Manager, Service Team Manager, and Senior Dispatch Controller. Lisa also worked as a Mortgage Advisor at Barclays.

Lisa Bryanton completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from BPP Law School in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained another LLB degree in Law from Anglia Ruskin University, where they studied from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, Lisa has earned several certifications, including a Chartered Fellowship from the CIPD in July 2021, a Chartered MCIPD from the CIPD in January 2016, and a Certificate in Management Studies (previously NEBs) from ILM in 1993.
