Tony Machado is an experienced professional in the dairy and food manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Technical Manager at Joseph Gallo Farms since April 2022. Previously, Tony held the role of Plant Manager at Valley Milk, LLC from July 2021 to March 2022. Tony's extensive tenure at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. spanned nearly 15 years, during which time various positions were held, including Plant Manager for Milk Operations and Cheese, as well as Production Coordinator and Supervisor for both Cheese and Lactose. Prior experience includes serving as a Production Supervisor and Operator at F & A Dairy of California, Inc. and working as an Alarm and Home Theater Technician at Golden State Alarm Company.
