Justin Ayres

Justin Ayres has extensive experience in real estate appraisal and client support. Currently serving as Assistant Director and Senior Appraiser at Joseph J. Blake and Associates, Inc. since January 2016, Justin inspects commercial real estate, analyzes data, and produces appraisal reports. Previously at Clear Capital from October 2014 to January 2016, Justin worked as an Account Specialist facilitating valuation services for lenders. Earlier roles include onboarding coordination at Rimini Street, teaching English at Saint Andrew Language School, customer service at AS Bookstore, DJ internship at KCSC Radio, and administrative assistance at Sylvan Learning Center. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from CSU Chico, earned in 2011, and graduated high school from Foothill in 2007.
