Nathalie Daoust has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies. Nathalie began their career in 2003 as a Senior Advertising Account Manager at Northern Ontario Business, where they managed accounts and coordinated events. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Territory Manager at Groupe Marcelle, responsible for driving retail sales and providing leadership in sales development. In 2005, Nathalie joined L'Oréal Canada as a Sales Representative, where they designed and implemented business plans, built sales forecasts, and achieved sales goals. Nathalie then moved on to Bausch & Lomb, Valeant Pharmaceuticals in 2012 as an Account Manager, managing and developing accounts in Eastern Ontario and Quebec. From 2015 to 2017, Nathalie worked as a Regional Business Development Manager for Central and Eastern Canada at Macadamia Beauty, LLC, where they attained new business, managed relationships, and provided coaching and leadership. Nathalie then joined Rocky Mountaineer in 2017 as a Regional Business Development Manager, responsible for generating business by fostering relationships with the Eastern Canadian travel market and meeting sales targets. Currently, since 2019, they are working as a Sales Representative at Joseph Ribkoff Inc., building relationships with retailers and presenting and selling collections.

Nathalie Daoust completed their Bachelor's degree, including Honours, from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne in 1996.
