Connie Gilbert Rust

Connie Gilbert Rust has held various roles in client success and support management. Currently, Connie serves as the VP of Client and Member Experience at Joshin, a platform that offers inclusive support solutions for disability and neurodivergence. With a background in both mathematics and business/corporate communications, Connie also holds an MBA and MSW from the University of Houston. Prior to their current role, Connie gained experience through internships at TIRR Memorial Hermann, Avondale House, The Brookwood Community, and The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD. Additionally, Connie worked as a Health Management Senior Analyst and Project Manager at Willis Towers Watson.
