Claudia Lapkin

Claudia Lapkin is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Josie Maran since November 2021, Claudia previously held positions as Accounting Manager at DRUNK ELEPHANT, LLC and Supervisor/Senior Associate at RSM US LLP. Prior to these roles, Claudia was the Principal and Owner of Lapkin Business Management, providing comprehensive financial support services, and also served as Controller at both Logan Ad Group and Tim Barber, Ltd., where financial strategies and operations were a key focus. Claudia began their career as an Executive Assistant at Platinum Equity, specializing in lower middle market mergers and acquisitions. Claudia holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UC Santa Barbara.
