Addison Karnes

Addison Karnes is an accomplished R&D Manager at JOST International, with a robust background in engineering and research spanning multiple roles and companies since 2011. Experience includes serving as SVP, Director of Research & Development at 3GIS and a Doctoral Fellow at East Tennessee State University, where contributions involved advising Master’s students, conducting wireless communication research, and developing mobile applications. Karnes has additionally held various engineering and research positions focused on hardware design, product development, and prototyping, supported by a strong educational foundation with a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and multiple degrees in Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University.
