Stefan Sommer

Stefan Sommer is the current Chairman at JOST. Stefan has previously worked as a Sommelier at Regent Seven Seas Cruises from June 2005 to January 2008. From June 2004 to October 2004, they worked as a Demi Chef de Rang at Carlton Hotel St. Moritz. Stefan also has experience working as a Chef de Rang and Chef de Cave at Hotel Misani from November 2004 to April 2005 and November 2003 to April 2004, respectively. Sommer has also worked as a Restaurant & Banquet Specialist and Bar Supervisor at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts from August 2000 to December 2002.

Stefan Sommer's educational career includes studying wines and spirits at the Weinakademie Österreich, trade and accounting at Juventus Schulen Zürich, office administration and ECDL at Juventus Schulen Zürich, WSET Level 3 at Academie du Vin, and Restaurant Specialist at Jacob Selzer Hotel School | Kurparkhotel Bad Dürkheim.
