Alexandra Fernandes

Alexandra Fernandes has had a varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Sales Development Representative for JOTELULU. In 2021, they started working as a Junior Marketing Assistant for 4TE. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist for Play Up - Slow Eco-Fashion. Her role included replying to customer inquiries and managing incidents through a helpdesk platform and by phone, following up on both b2b and b2c orders cycle, detecting bottlenecks and alerting the involved departments, and giving guidance to national and international agents. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Internship Trainee for Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Luso Espanhola.

Alexandra Fernandes has an education history that spans from 2013 to 2021. Alexandra started with a Bachelor's degree in Languages for International Relations from Instituto Politécnico de Bragança from 2013 to 2017. Alexandra then attended University College of International and Public Relations Prague from 2014 to 2015. After that, they attended Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduation in Digital Marketing from IPAM from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas from IEFP in 2021, Facebook e Instagram Ads from Factory Braga in 2020, and Marketing Digital from Factory Braga in 2019.
