Ana Cañas García has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources. Ana began their career in 2000 as a Coordination and Development of Social Projects at the Centro Cultural Casa de Soria. In 2001, they became the Responsible for Personnel at T2000 Consultoría, where they were responsible for the elaboration of contracts and payrolls, as well as Social Security procedures. From 2005 to 2016, they were the Director of Human Resources at Ingenia Sistemas, where they were responsible for the coordination of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment processes, training plans, job insertion plans, fixed and variable remuneration, climate measurement, and social action plans. In 2020, they became a Selection Consultant at ARG Human Resources Advisor. In 2021, they began working as a Digital Talent Consultant at Talenttics and an International Recruitment Consultant at binternational (Grupo Binternational). Currently, they are the People Interim Manager at JOTELULU.
Ana Cañas García received their Diplomatura from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2003, in the field of RRLL. Ana had previously obtained their Licenciatura from the same institution in 2000, in the field of Derecho. In 2004, they obtained a Certificado de Aptitud Pedagógica from the Instituto de Ciencias de la Educación, UCM.
