Ayrhis Leong is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the cosmetics and digital identity sectors. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics since November 2018, Ayrhis oversees Travel Retail purchases across the APAC region and local market purchases within South East Asia for five brands. Prior to this role, Ayrhis worked at Thales Digital Identity and Security as a Purchaser, where participation in a leadership training program highlighted management potential while focusing on sourcing and negotiating indirect purchasing segments. Previous experience includes positions at International Flavors & Fragrances as a Raw Materials Planner and Symrise AG as a Purchaser, where significant contributions included mentoring new team members and participating in supply chain management discussions.
