John Noone

John Noone is an accomplished fire safety expert with extensive experience in engineering and academia. As Co-Founder and CEO of Joule Group since April 2017, John has led various initiatives in fire safety. Prior to this, John served as a Visiting Lecturer at Trinity College Dublin, focusing on fire science and fire dynamics for nearly a decade. John's career at Arup spanned from 2007 to 2017, where roles included Associate Director of the Arup Middle East Fire Engineering Practice, leading teams on high-profile projects, and establishing Arup's Fire Engineering Practice in Ireland. Earlier positions include work as a Fire Engineer and Graduate Engineer at multiple firms. John holds a BSc in Fire Technology (Hons) from the Institute of Technology, Letterkenny.
