Leslie Renken

Leslie Renken is an experienced journalist with a diverse background in reporting and photojournalism. Since June 1993, Leslie has worked at the Peoria Journal Star, covering a wide range of topics including healthcare and news, while also taking on editing and management responsibilities. Prior to this role, Leslie served as a photojournalist at the Odessa American from May 1990 to May 1993, producing images for news, sports, and features. Leslie's career began at the Pine Bluff Commercial in 1989, where reporting focused on regional events and local government meetings. Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 1985 and 1989.
