Eric Bender

Eric has 25 years experience in the construction industry. He understands that successful projects come from teamwork and collaboration throughout all phases of construction. Using exceptional communication skills and a keen sense adaptability, Eric channels projects and team members into their most efficient flow. He has most recently has been the project leader on the Avera on Louise hospital and MOB project at 69th & Louise, the largest construction project to date in Sioux Falls. The size and complexity of this project has required a focus on immense planning and subcontractor and supplier communication. Eric’s background and field experience have taught him the importance of paying attention to detail and craftsmanship which ensure that a quality project is delivered. Eric will be the project superintendent orchestrating day to day site activities and team members. The Avera on Louise project and the Sioux Falls New Northwest High School have similar scope elements which will lead to enhanced communication and collaboration of the entire project team.
