John Hooper

John Hooper has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer experience solutions and business development. John currently holds the position of VP, Customer Experience Solutions at GlobalCX Innovations since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Development at Journey from October 2021. John also has experience as the President of UCX Consulting Inc. starting from September 2016. John has held leadership positions in companies such as Cyara, The Minacs Group - A Concentrix Company, and HGS Canada Inc. John has a background in sales and management, with roles including Chief Sales Officer at The Minacs Group and SVP of Business Development & Client Relations at HGS Canada Inc. John's career began at Xerox as a Centralized Solutions Consultant. John has also been involved in charitable work as the Co-Chair of the Halifax Chapter for Motorcycle Ride for Dad.

John Hooper attended NBCC (New Brunswick Community College) from 1986 to 1987, studying Computer Programming and earning a degree in Computer Programming.
