Legal Department Program Coordinator/doj: Department Of Justice Accredited Representative at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc.

Gertrude Jones has extensive experience in social services with a focus on refugee support and developmental disabilities. At Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc., since July 2011, Gertrude has held multiple roles, including Legal Department Program Coordinator and DOJ Accredited Representative, providing critical transitional support to refugees and facilitating access to public benefits. Additionally, in a concurrent position since April 2013, Gertrude coordinates the CRLS Project, offering administrative support and referrals. Gertrude's experience also includes training individuals with developmental disabilities as a Life Skills Trainer at Heritage Centers since October 2003, and providing child care and programming support at Hopeville Inc. from May 2005 to December 2010. Gertrude began a career in customer service as a Sales Representative at ClientLogic from 1999 to 2005. Gertrude holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo and an Associate's degree in Office and Business Management from Erie Community College.
