Siobhan McCollum

Case Manager For Resettlement at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc.

Siobhan McCollum is an experienced professional currently serving as a Case Manager for Resettlement at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc., where assistance is provided to refugees and their families in Buffalo. In addition to this role, Siobhan has been a Lecturer at SUNY College at Buffalo since 2008, teaching courses in anthropology and media literacy. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the Council on Hemispheric Affairs, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at York University. Siobhan also held roles at Roswell Park Cancer Institute as a Special Events Coordinator, leading volunteer efforts, and at Ka'kabish Archaeological Research Project as Laboratory Director. Siobhan's education includes a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology (ABD) and a Master’s degree in Anthropology from York University, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Anthropology and Communications from Buffalo State University.
